if you click on the tracking number of your shipment, you can see that we entered the address correctly 1ZR805687793755023. 29.8. We sent an inquiry form about the shipment, unfortunately we only received an automatic response that the shipment would arrive on a different date.
Today we contacted UPS by phone and something went very wrong, because they sent the shipment from Prague directly to Australia, so there is definitely no fault on our side and we are sorry for your bad rating, which is in no way related to our services or assortment.
